Hi, Sara and Rob!

Here is our entry for the Second Annual How Much Do We Love Summer Cocktail Contest. We named it the Cherry Pink after one of our Mambo Lounge favorites, "Cherry Pink and Apple Blossom White", by Perez Prado. Ideally you should be listening to it as you imbibe.

Since Sara has been loving sparkling wine this season we used pink champagne to make it sparkle. We also found some white blossom cocktail picks to add that "touch of fancy".

Directions:

Mix one can frozen pink lemonade concentrate with two cans of water. Strain to remove pulp and chill.

Mix 4 ounces of the chilled lemonade with 1.5 ounces cherry brandy. Shake with ice in a cocktail shaker and strain into a martini glass. Add 1.5 ounces pink champagne, garnish with a cherry, and enjoy!
